We answer corrections fastest when they include the cipher, the section heading and the sentence in question. For tool bugs, the cipher, the key you used, the input text and the output you got will usually be enough to reproduce it.
What we cannot help with
We do not decrypt personal messages, and we cannot help recover a password, a wallet seed phrase or any other credential. We do not break ciphers on behalf of a third party, and we do not comment on the security of commercial systems.
We do not accept guest posts, sponsored entries or paid links. Entries on this site are not for sale and never will be.
Response time
Corrections to factual errors are handled first, typically within a few days. Broader questions may take longer, and we may simply not reply if the answer is already on the site.
The site is written in English and Chinese. Either language is fine.
